Can you really pass up tickets to see the Red Sox in the World Series this year? What about those coveted Blues tickets?

The St. Louis Blues, in a huge marketing stunt that is just astronomically huge and unprecedented, offered to have fans bid for the prices they want to pay for the games. The bidding is being overseen by online sports ticket giant Ticketmaster.

The idea is good, there are so many over-priced tickets out there it's difficult to know where to go to find a good deal. But we didn't know who the Blues were either.

We did some research, so you wouldn't have to after reading this article, and the Blues are an NHL hockey team that hasn't had a winning season in four years and hasn't been to the playoffs since before that.

Maybe the Blues should see if they can swing a deal with Ticketmaster to pay us to come.

Although we question Ticketmaster's judgment in joining up for this venture, they do a really good job selling tickets. In our new online ticket sites Ticketmaster sweeps first for the website to get the best online tickets to sporting events, concerts and even theater shows.

In the mood for watching a green woman sing? They've got Wicked tickets. Even though it seems like everyone wants them, there you'll be able to find them.

This top-ranked site gives you the options and power that you need to get good tickets for a good price. Plus, Ticketmaster doesn't charge an arm and a leg in extra charges and fees. Some sites can double ticket prices with hidden fees.

We know how difficult it can be to find tickets to those events you want to see, well, if you ignore the overabundance of Blues tickets available. However, there are websites out there that help you find tickets, great deals and popular events.

Check out the TopTenREVIEWS side-by-side comparisons of the top online sports, concert and theater ticket sites. We have the information you'll need to know before starting your search for the perfect MLB post-season tickets ... of if you need to sell your tickets because the Yankees didn't make the playoffs. Whatever works. These sites have it.

Or, if you're not ready for the stress of seeing exactly how much they think they can charge for a Madonna concert, calm yourself by reading some of our other well-written blogs:
