Pricing:  

RazorGator is fairly average in its pricing scale. There is a 10% service charge for buying tickets on the site, and you’ll pay $17.50 to have the tickets shipped to you. As we mentioned above, that’s the only option you have since you can’t print them yourself or pick them up at the event.

If you use RazorGator to sell your own tickets, you’ll be charged a 15% selling fee on whatever money you receive for your tickets.

Features:  

RazorGator has a great set of features including a nice search function that will help you find the right tickets faster. You can search by team, city or venue to find your game. You can also sell tickets on the site, and RazorGator is one of the few sites that allows you change the price of your tickets after you have submitted the posting. This is especially useful if you find the value of the tickets has increased or if you need to lower the price so they will sell faster. 

Ease of Use:  

RazorGator has a nice, clean interface that makes it easy to navigate the site. You can search by keywords or drill down through menus of teams and venues until you find what you want. We also like how the option buttons to buy and sell are displayed alongside each other on each ticket listing. On some other sites, the option to sell is buried in separate menus and is difficult to find. 

Help/Support:  

We love to see when companies make the effort to maintain a live chat support team. It is so much more convenient than making a phone call or writing an email. The RazorGator live chat support really is quite useful, but if you prefer, you can still contact the company by email or by phone. 

RazorGator is a great avenue to find the tickets you want, and the interface makes it quick and painless. By adding a few more features, RazorGator could rise from mediocrity to challenge the top 3 companies.
