Pricing:  

Ordering tickets from Tixx involves a 5% service charge and a $14.50 shipping charge. You can also print your tickets, but that costs $10.50, the most expensive printing fee of any company in this review.

Features:  

Tixx’s sports tickets are organized by athletic team, with different categories of sports available for convenient use. Unlike some online sports tickets providers, Tixx does not offer a map of the stadium or arena to give the user an idea of their seats’ location. This can make choosing a ticket much harder and require additional research.

Ease of Use:  

The ticket ordering process is fairly simple. Billing and Shipping information are required and the transaction is secured by the SECURE Online Payment System. Orders receive a confirmation by email, upon which the tickets are shipped. Tickets can also be emailed and printed using TICKETFAST. 

Help/Support:  

Tixx only offers phone support and a FAQ. We were a little surprised that there was no email support available.

Tixx uses FedEx 3-Day shipping for all domestic orders. 2-Day and Next Day are also available. Ordering assistance and support are available through a toll-free telephone number.
